Taekwondo — A Korean Olympic Martial Art for Kids & Adults
The focus of our Taekwondo classes for all ages is to teach the young at heart how to find the balance that is often lost in our daily routine. In a safe and welcoming environment, students are taught self-worth, respect for others, and ways to safely challenge their inner growth in order to achieve harmony from within. Participants also develop healthy habits and strong minds and spirits to emerge as our leaders of tomorrow. Sign up for weekly lessons or our summer camp program.
